Q1. Are you a manufacturer?

A: We are a professional manufacturer of solar products and communications products, we have our own R&D team and factory.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Samples need 1-2days if we are producing this model or we have it in stock, mass production time depends on the quantity, normally 3-4weeks.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available; For bulk orders, it is recommended that you start with the quantity of one container, so as to save the freight and have a good price.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For samples, we ship out by DHL/UPS/FEDEX or other courier services, for bulk orders, we ship out by sea/air cargo;

Q5. How is your warranty period and the product lifespan?

A: Our warranty is 1year for most of our products, and for some customized products, we offer 2-3years warranty service. Our products are very durable in using, general lifespan will be more than 8years.

Q6. Acceptable print my logo on product?

A: Yes. We have R&D team, so we support OEM and ODM, your customized requirements can be proposed, our team will give you professional solutions.
